The Deflation of Ego

I couldn't have been happier when I found out that Chicago lost their bid to host the Olympics. I was thrilled, not because I cared either way if the Olympics came to the U.S., but rather because it was a long overdue pin to deflate the ego of Obama. His ego has swollen to dangerous proportions and it seemed as though the rejection may have been more about him than anything else.
The speeches were oozing with their own arrogance and lust for themselves.
It is high time they were reminded that they are not gods and not always able to get what they want. I hope this is a sign that the lovefest is coming to a close. While they are busy being celebrities and worshipping themselves, this country, our economy and everything this country was built upon are being dismantled by he and his imps.
Generally, the popping of ballons causes me to jump and be startled. Not in this case. The popping of his ego was much to my pleasure.

Did You Get the Right Change?

I certainly didn't; and based on the deterioration of our ecomony, morale, and truth in this country as of late, I don't think any of us did. Obama is clearly embarking on a global mission without the interest of this country in mind. I find myself filled with anticipation when I turn on the television because I never know what might happen next. Obama has demoralized or military, appeared embarrassed by his own country, and obviously sees nothing beyond his own ego and ambitions.
As a citizen, as a homeowner, as a member of the working middle class I fear the next three years. The extent of the damage he has incurred to date, makes me terrified about what he might destroy over the next three years.
I can only hope that those who voted for him wholeheartedly, yet uninformed, see what they have done. It is not conservatives and Republicans who are being destroyed it is the very fabric of this great nation.

Did You Get the Right Change?

   National healthcare, cash for clunkers, government bailouts, governement Czars. Government is expanding, our rights diminishing. This is definitely change. The Obama administration has proven that it's administration would be different and not politics as usual. In fact, it's politics are beginning to look more and more like communism. Who would have thought the idea of government rationing would become even close to possible.
I definitely didn't the right change.
